GREYLANDS BILLY THE KID Fresh or Chilled Semen – Stud fee £500+VAT NFFR Collection & Distribution 1. Fresh/Chilled semen will be collected and dispatched by Kington Langley Stud, The Stables, Ashes Lane, Kington Langley, Chippenham SA15 5NP (Phone: 07824664639(Livi) 07768262434(Bob)). 2. Mare owners are to arrange collection and distribution directly with Kington Langley Stud following completion of payment of the stud fee. Payment 3. The Stud fee is payable in full to Greylands Stud prior to collection and distribution of semen. 4. Collection and distribution charges are payable directly to Kington Langley Stud; a list of charges can be found on their website. A copy of your nomination form including contact details may be shared with Kington Langley Stud for communication and billing purposes. NFFR 5. No foal free return - when Greylands Stud are notified in writing by a veterinary surgeon, that a mare is deemed not in foal by October 31st 2025, the same mare may return to the same stallion in the following season. Please note further collection and distribution charges will apply. Availability 6. Greylands Billy the Kid will be based at Kington Langley Stud from 1st May 2025 until 10th July 2025, subject to demand and confirmed bookings. Availability is subject to change and semen is available at the stallion owner's discretion while he is based at Kington Langley Stud only. If a mare is certified not in foal and he is not available, the mare may return for collection in the 2026 season. Covering Certificates 7. Covering certificates will be issued by Greylands Stud at the end of the 2025 season upon notification that the mare has been certified in foal. Early Booking Discount 8. Any bookings received by 31st January 2025 will receive a discount of 15% from the stud fee. Early booking discounts must be confirmed by payment of a deposit as detailed on the invoice. All deposits are non-refundable. 9. No further discounts or concessions apply to bookings which have received an early booking discount Customers are presumed to have read all information and we are happy to discuss any queries at any time.
